At the General Amos Shepard Bed and Breakfast, we use fresh and seasonal ingredients. All of our baked goods and grilled items are made from scratch in our spacious country kitchen. Some of our specialty items include homemade quiches, homemade muffins and tarts, and scratch pancakes. We use farm fresh eggs and organic ingredients whenever possible. Below are a couple of sample menus, but we will customize our offerings to suit different tastes or dietary restrictions.
